01Overview
Ramskulls is the game studio brand of Ivan Ramiscal. This policy applies to all current and future Ramskulls games that link to this policy from the game or its store listing, unless a game provides a separate privacy policy. References to “Ramskulls,” “we,” and “us” mean Ivan Ramiscal.
Ramskulls does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information from gameplay in the games covered by this policy. Optional Apple services and information you choose to send when contacting support are described below.
The games do not require a Ramskulls account and contain no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, user-generated content, messaging, or chat.
Some games use your device’s motion sensors for tilt-based controls, such as working the fishing rod in BLUEWATER ’88. In games covered by this policy, motion data is processed only on your device during play; it is not saved or transmitted to Ramskulls or third parties.
02Apple services
Depending on the features a game offers, it may use Apple services including the App Store, StoreKit, and Game Center. Not every game uses every service. Apple may independently process purchase records, diagnostics, Game Center identity, leaderboard scores, and achievements according to Apple’s privacy policy and your account settings. Ramskulls does not receive your payment-card information or Apple Account credentials.
When a game includes in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple. The game reads Apple-provided entitlement information only to unlock purchased features on your device.
03Data retention and deletion
Ramskulls does not maintain a user account or remotely stored personal gameplay profile for games covered by this policy. Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device and can be removed by deleting the app. Data held by Apple services is managed under Apple’s policies and your Apple Account settings.
04Children’s privacy
Ramskulls games do not knowingly collect personal information from children. They have no social, chat, advertising, or user-content features. Optional Apple services remain governed by the family and age settings of the user’s Apple Account.
05Changes
New Ramskulls games that link to this policy are covered without needing to be listed by name. If a game introduces different data practices, we will update this policy or provide a separate policy for that game before those practices begin. When this policy changes, we will revise the effective date above.
